My Best Moment In Poker

It is hard to pick a best moment.  Playing SNGs and MTTs most days are marginal winning days or marginal losing ones.  Some of my highlights would include:

- Winning 2 MTTs in one day for total cashes of around $10k
- Finishing 2nd out of 10,040 people (yes over 10 THOUSAND!) in a $2 MTT for $2k
- Reaching the final of the Battle of the Planets monthly shoot-out just last week (February 24th)

But the highlight for me is easy because it mixes my personal life with my poker life and gave me something really tangible as a reward for playing poker.

It was a cold day in February and I was playing poker in the north of Scotland.  At the time my girlfriend and I were dating long distance, with her living in Canada.  My poker session was pretty normal until I started making a decent run in the $20r with a lot of money (close to $9k) for first.  I was chatting with my girlfriend on Skype and I told her "if I win this I will buy you a ticket to come to Scotland next week".  And sure enough about 2 hours later I'm calling her (it was past midnight her time) and she said when her cell phone range she almost instantly knew who it was and what happened.

The next week she came to visit and we spent almost 10 days together... all thanks to a nice little poker score :)

What I'd thought I'd do is update with 2 graphs. Since I'm playing a wide range of SNGs I'll include my most profitable and least profitable. Will at least keep it interesting to see how this changes from week to week and month to month.

VPPs:- 5.2k for Feb

As I plan on hitting Plat Star to make Nova on the year (this plan might change) I should put in a few sessions in the next 6 days. Probably 1 big Sunday session.

Least profitable game in month so far = 180s. I am clearly a fish at this MTT SNG thing :
